Secretary Ross traveled to the Netherlands last year and signed a <a href=\"https:\/\/plantingseedsblog.cdfa.ca.gov\/wordpress\/?p=9880\"> Letter of Intent (LOI) <\/a>between California and the Netherlands to steer this effort.<\/p>\n<p>Minister van Dam is in California this week leading a business delegation focusing on agricultural technology, food and innovation.
