Secretary Ross administered the oath of office today to Deputy Secretary for Legislative Affairs Rachael O’Brien, who was promoted from the position of assistant secretary. She joined CDFA in January of this year<\/strong><\/a>. “Rachael has been a great addition to the CDFA team,” said Secretary Ross. “From day one she jumped right in with a great grasp of the issues
