The application period for round one begins today and lasts until January 8, 2021.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program is administered by the California Office of the Small Business Advocate (CalOSBA) at the Governor\u2019s Office of Business and Economic Development. It is designed for small businesses that have been impacted by COVID, including farmers and ranchers.
