One Response to Video – SWEEP saves water (and reduces GHG emissions)

  1. Anna Haller says:

California’s drought and dying soil could be helped by using our own food waste and organic materials. By dehydrating food waste and organic materials at 185 degrees, it kills pathogens and reduces those waste volumes by 85%-95% WITHOUT USING WATER! This not only significantly reduces GHG’s but the output materials and biochar they produce can be safely introduced back into the soils closing the organic waste loop. It creates a home for all the healthy soil critters to live and they help to retain the water and nutrients soils need to be healthy. It works in harmony with Mother Nature and makes for better tasting and healthier foods!
